  • 1 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup or honey optional
  • 2 tablespoons granola or mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  • Mash the raspberries: Place 1 cups fresh raspberries in a small bowl and mash with a fork until chunky and juicy.
  • Mix in the yogurt: Add 1 cups vanilla Greek yogurt to the mashed raspberries. Stir in 1 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional) if using, and mix until evenly swirled.
  • Portion the mixture: Line a tray or mini muffin pan with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture into small, bite-sized mounds or mold cavities.
  • Add the topping: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola or mini chocolate chips, for topping over each portion and press in gently so it sticks.
  • Freeze: Freeze until completely firm.
  • Store: Pop the bites out and transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
