Ingredients

  • 1 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2.5 teaspoons honey or to taste
  • 0.5 cups berries sliced strawberries and blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or granola

Instructions

  • Prepare your baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Sweeten the yogurt: In a bowl, mix 1 cups whole milk Greek yogurt with 2.5 teaspoons honey (or to taste) until fully combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Spread the yogurt: Pour the sweetened yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin, even layer using a spatula.
  • Add the berries: Top the spread yogurt with 0.5 cups berries (sliced strawberries and blueberries). If using strawberries, slice thinly first.
  • Sprinkle with nuts or granola: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sliced almonds or granola evenly over the top of the yogurt and berries.
  • Freeze until firm: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let freeze until completely firm to the touch.
  • Break into pieces and store: Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces. Transfer to a freezer bag or airtight container for storage.
  • Let soften slightly before eating: Allow the bark to sit out for a minute or two before eating to soften slightly.
