- 10 fresh mint leaves plus a sprig for garnish
- 1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar or to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes preferably crushed
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 cup soda water
Muddle the Base: In a highball glass, combine your fresh mint leaves and sugar. Add a splash of lime juice.
