Add grapes to a blender
Blend until completely smooth and liquefied
(Optional) Strain through a fine-mesh strainer to remove pulp and skins for a smoother drink
Set aside the grape puree

Add powdered sugar to the grape puree
Add black salt, roasted cumin powder, and black pepper
Add fresh lemon juice
Mix everything thoroughly until sugar is dissolved and spices are well combined
Taste and adjust sweetness, salt, or lemon as needed
(Optional) Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld
Assemble the Drinks:
Fill serving glasses with ice cubes
Pour the spiced grape mixture into each glass, filling halfway
Top up each glass with soda water (about 200ml per serving)
Give a gentle stir to combine, being careful not to lose carbonation
Garnish and Serve:
Add fresh lemon wedges to each glass
Serve immediately while cold and fizzy
Make-Ahead Tip: Prepare the spiced grape mixture up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate. Add ice and soda just before serving for maximum freshness and fizz.
