  • Pan-Toasting: Brush bread with olive oil. Place in a hot pan and press down with a spatula until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  • Garlic Infusion: Rub the raw garlic clove over the surface of the hot, toasted bread to infuse it with aroma.
  • Avocado Preparation
  • The Mash: For spreading, mash avocado in a bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • The Slice: For the classic look, peel the avocado and cut into 1/8-inch thin strips. Layer them like shingles on the toast.
